Refund policy
We always hope that you love and bloom in everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
We kindly ask that items are returned in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, free of marks and scents and have all their tags on.
If you’d like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at customercare@azaleiathestudio.com, or through instagram; @azaleiathestudio, and our team will gladly guide you through the process.
Please note that ALL orders and exchanges cannot be opened or inspected at the door.
Refunds:
All returns are subject to a shipping fee of 120 EGP, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer once the returned item is received and approved.
For Card payments: Your refund will appear on the same card used when purchasing.
For Cash On Delivery: Please send us your bank details so we can proceed with your refund.
Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item has been inspected and confirmed that it is in its original condition.
Refund Process takes up to 14 working days to be completed.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or piece, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly prepare the items for courier pickup.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs related to the exchange.
Once your request is approved, our courier will attempt pickup up to three times, if pickup cannot be completed within the mentioned period, the request automatically be cancelled.
